Take off the shell

Description

Because of our life experiences, because of our family background and education, our true self is wrapped around a shell that we built in time with all our life experience. This package will help you to see the shell around your true self and start to experience yourself and life event with a different prospective. Every session is about 2-3h and half of it is in the presence of the horse. The sessions can be done at the pace most suitable for the clients (intensive or diluite in time). Two follow up meetings after the end of the program are included to support the learning and to understand eventual further needs.
