Embracing the NOW

Description

Once the shell is known and a communication with our true self established we can start to walk on our new way which leads us to embrace the present moment and experience the life power at every step of the way. It adds 6 more sessions to the previous package to keep on going with the process and begin to be able to implement the skills and tools acquire also in the daily life and difficult situations/moments. Four follow up meetings after the end of the program are included.
